Methods by Lilly provides 1:1 behavioral strategy sessions and coaching calls, as well as coaching packages and bundles (“Services”).
These services are designed to support personal growth, mindset development, and behavioral transformation. All services are conducted online and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 years or older.
While this website is publicly accessible, coaching and behavioral strategy sessions are not directed toward minors. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

 

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe in USD.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By submitting your payment information, you authorize Methods by Lilly to process payments through our payment gateway provider.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change.
You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability.
